Randall Gasa - Managing Partner
Randy has over 22 years of hands-on experience working directly with FDA regulated manufacturers to solve their Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering problems. His expertise is in the areas of Validation, CAPA, Complaint Handling, Batch Records, and Quality Systems in general. He has led complex projects and developed solutions for many Global Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.
His positive and driven personality along with his detailed eye for excellence make him very easy to work with. Prior to Joining GxPartners, Randy has held executive level and business development roles where key decisions positively affected the outcome of his clients’ projects.
His past business experience includes successfully starting up a Quality and Regulatory services division within an existing IT organization.
Ed Roach - Managing Partner
Ed brings over 25 years of experience in the life sciences, with over 15 years selling, staffing, and delivering compliance and quality consulting engagements to medical device, pharmaceutical, and biologic clients.
Ed has in-depth technical knowledge of Quality Systems and Quality Assurance, Validation, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Root Cause Investigation, Change Management and 483/Warning Letter Remediation.
Ed is also experienced in Validation Master Planning and Validation Program Development with a specialization in risk-based approaches to validation projects.
Prior to joining GxPartners, Ed held multiple roles within growth-oriented Life Sciences Consultancies, including roles as Managing Director, VP of Consulting Operations, and SVP of Strategic Accounts.
Jason Hoarle - Managing Partner
Jason has over 20 years of consulting experience in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries with a focus on Validation, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Management Systems. He is a proven leader with a track record of successfully delivering practical business solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
Jason’s skills and experience include Project and Program Management, Quality and Compliance Remediation, Process Improvement, CAPA Systems, Quality Engineering, Validation, Design Controls, Risk Management, and Post-Market Surveillance.
Prior to joining GxPartners, Jason was a leader at a Life Sciences consulting firm as a Senior Director of Solutions Delivery. He was responsible for the management of consulting operations and was instrumental in client expansion efforts at several of the largest companies in our industry.
Hayley Foster - Recruiting Manager
Hayley began her recruiting career almost 20 years ago and has gained extensive experience supporting the Life Sciences and Technology industries. She has supported clients by sourcing and managing resources for project- based, contingent talent and direct hire positions. She enjoys the diversity and fast paced environment a recruiting role provides and has gained the necessary skills in multitasking and prioritization that this role demands.
In addition to recruiting, Hayley spent several years as a Resource Manager for an Indianapolis based consulting firm, where she managed a large team of consultants, their project bookings and utilization, while keeping bench time to a minimum. She also enjoys employee onboarding, training, and continued employee/consultant engagement.
Today, Hayley is the Recruiting Manager with GxPartners. She joined the team in 2021 and is responsible for leading the recruiting department in finding top talent in Quality, Validation and Regulatory areas.
Chris McGinn - Business Development Executive
With over 18 years of dedicated experience in the staffing and consulting sector, Chris McGinn stands as a seasoned professional in business development. His expertise spans various facets of the industry, where he has honed his skills in account management and business strategy. Chris is renowned for his commitment to client satisfaction, acting as a trusted partner and talent advisor. He specializes in fostering enduring partnerships built on trust and mutual success.
Throughout his career, Chris has played a pivotal role in collaborating with major pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He excels in identifying critical issues and providing tailored support to ensure the successful execution of technical projects. Currently, as a Business Development Executive at GxPartners, Chris extends his expertise nationally and globally. His primary focus lies in spearheading operations across the Western United States region, where he continues to drive growth and excellence.
Brian Kelly - Business Development Executive
Brian has been working in the staffing and consulting industries since 2014. He began by recruiting and supporting clients for positions within multiple industries but focused on companies in Life Sciences. Primarily focused on identifying top talent to fill key roles within organizations, Brian has built a deep network of individuals within the Quality, Compliance, Engineering and Scientific verticals across the country.
After almost 5 years in a dedicated recruitment role, Brian moved into a Business Development and Account Management role. His focus was managing customer expectations while establishing new relationships within the Life Sciences industry. Brian also developed strategic staffing & recruiting models to support client’s business goals. He managed resources at multiple locations that were providing project specific support.
Brian currently is acting in a Business Development Executive role for GxPartners. He is partnering with companies to identify key issues within their organization and supplying technical solutions. He also is providing additional recruitment support for technical resources relating to key strategic project and staffing initiatives.
Keisha Keglar - Senior Recruiter
Keisha is a tenured professional in Life Sciences recruiting. With nearly 15 years of recruiting experience across Life Sciences and Technology she quickly understands the needs of our consultants and clients. While maintaining a consultative approach and commitment to excellence she attracts elite consultants for both consulting and Direct Hire engagements. She is passionate about the candidate experience and surpassing their expectations. Candidates appreciate her attention to detail as a Recruiter who values productive, meaningful, and communicative relationships.
Keisha joined GxPartners in 2023 as a Sr. Recruiter. She enjoys recruiting premier talent in Validation, Quality and Regulatory areas.
